Product

Each Trumeau Mirror is hand made. Each mirror is individually created and modeled after the original and therefore small variations in distressing, art work and color can be expected. Also, colors will vary slightly when viewed on the web or on paper due to different monitors, printers and paper used. We take pride in the quality and beauty of our Trumeau Mirrors as replicas of these 18th century French works of art. Salespersons have samples of finishes for the truest representation other that the actual mirror.

Delivery

Mirrors are kept in stock but will be shipped in 6 weeks or less if back ordered.

Placing Orders

You may place an order by email, fax or contact your showroom or local sales representative. www.dsandersltd.com There is no minimum order.

Payment Terms

You may pay by credit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. Payment in full for in stock orders or ½ down for backorders with ½ charged upon shipment. You may pay by check if you pay the full amount with the order. A $30.00 fee will be charged for a check returned for non-sufficient funds. Net 30 days terms may be extended at our discretion on re-orders with approved bank information and references. A state sales tax certificate is required on all orders.

Crating & Shipping

Crating & shipping will be charged at cost and ranges from $75 - $150 for small & medium mirrors and $300 - $400 for special crating and freight for the large mirrors. Cost varies depending on the mirror size and distance to be shipped.

Custom Orders

A quote for custom orders will be provided.

Returns/Claims

Any Trumeau Mirror that you receive that does not meet your expectations of quality and beauty or is damaged upon receipt may be returned for replacement or refund.

Authorized returns are accepted up to 10 days after receipt. Please call to request a Return Authorization number (RA#) that must accompany every return.
